Shipping / Returns Information


We ship to all Australian destinations. At this time International shipping is not available.

Shipping is generally by our preferred carriers, TNT or Australia Post

We aim to process and despatch all orders within 24 hours. 

For delivery to Australian capital cities please allow 4 days, for country areas please allow approx. 1 week.

An e-mail alert is sent to customers confirming orders have been despatched.

Customers who register for an account during the online purchasing process can login and view their order history and shipping status.

While we apply any relevant shipping costs at the time of online purchase, we reserve the right to contact customers under exceptional circumstances when our actual shipping costs are not consistent with the amount charged.  

In the event that excess shipping charges would be applicable, customers have the option to either pay the additional shipping costs or receive a part or full refund by agreement.

RETURNS INFORMATION is committed to customer service and satisfaction and to delivering quality products that work as they are presented. We take pride in our products, and test a percentage of each batch of products immediately after the manufacturing process to make sure quality standards are being met.

We offer our customers the option of repair, replacement or refund for any products returned to us that are defective (or become defective within 12 months of purchase) due to defects in the manufacturing process.

Statutory Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Who Pays For Freight When Returning Goods ? 
For customers in NSW, QLD and VIC (Australia), if the goods are identified as  being defective within fourteen days of purchase, we will meet the cost to return defective items from the customer to our returns department. Please refer to the Returns Process below.

If the item(s) ordered were delivered to states other than NSW, QLD or VIC then we require that the customer pays for the cost of returning the goods to our Returns Department.

Depending on the circumstances, we may from time to time agree that the goods can be disposed of without return and will then arrange a replacement or refund for the defective item(s) purchased.

Once we have received the returned product(s) we will assess them and contact you to advise the outcome.

We will pay for the freight charges (within Australia) to dispatch replacement stock of accepted faulty items from our warehouse to the customers address.

Processing Time
Processing returns generally takes 2 - 3 business days after receipt of the returned items, and if a refund has been agreed to, the funds will be credited to you by direct transfer which can take 2-4 business days
